Aprils theme was HOT. I had several ideas, this one are streams of lava.

I used pretex, a fluid to harden fabric. I glued the red batiks at the silk background.

With the beads I fastened the filling and back. I spread some glitter to add a bit extra glow.

Het thema van april was HEET. Ik had verschillende ideeen, dit zijn lava stromen.

Ik heb pretex gebruikt, dat is spul waarmee je textiel kunt hard maken. Het is een collage van zwarte zijde met rode batks. Met de kralen heb ik het aan de vulling en achterkant genaaid. Ik heb nog wat glitter toegevoegd voor extra gloei effect.
